In 1372, the company for the production of engines, gearboxes and excel megamotor was established and its mission was to provide the ground to further reduce the dependence of the automotive industry on the production of driving forces abroad. Five main goals in 1372 for the current activities of Megamotor were considered, which were:
- Meeting the needs of the country
- Self-sufficiency in the manufacture of parts and elimination of dependence on foreign countries
- Focus on quality and the realization of total quality management
- Presence in global markets and development of industrial exports
- Offering after-sales service to customers and end consumers in the form of spare parts through Saipa Yadak Company
